Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is a flat £6 across the UK, regardless of order size. Courier fees for Royal Mail 24 or Inpost locker are paid separately at the point of dispatch or collection.

We dispatch via Royal Mail 24 (tracked, signed) or Inpost locker — you'll be invited to choose your preferred method by email after your order is placed.

Royal Mail 24 typically arrives the next working day after dispatch. Inpost lockers are usually ready for collection within 1–2 working days. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday.

At present we ship within the United Kingdom only. International customers may contact us directly to discuss bespoke shipping.

Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. We'll collect your delivery details and contact you within one business day with payment and dispatch instructions.

Payment is arranged separately after you place your order. We'll email you with secure payment options before dispatching anything.

Yes — please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be amended.

No. Peptide products such as our Retatrutide pen are supplied for research use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Please consult a qualified clinician for medical advice.

Our skincare is formulated and filled in the UK and EU. Each batch is quietly tested for stability and finish.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and any peptide products are non-returnable. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please email us within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
